I gave you one star because you’re always asking me to review you. CONSTANTLY. It’s annoying. I would give you zero stars if possible. I’m a FIVE STAR MAN!!

I ordered from a nearby restaurant at 7:15, the order was supposed to arrive at 8:15. In the app, it said that the restaurant was still working on my order and the time got pushed back to 8:35. I got a call from the restaurant at 8:25 saying that they have had my food ready “for a while” but that there was nobody to help deliver it. They asked if I would come get it because they are closing soon, so I got all ready to go get it myself (it is currently -2 real feel here in Minneapolis and I had to scrape off my car). No sooner had I gotten in the car when I got a call from ubereats saying that someone is on their way to pick it up, and would I still like to get it or have them get it for me? So I said sure, they can get it. But they weren’t even on their way to the restaurant yet! I had no idea, if I had know this was the case I certainly would have gone myself. It is now 8:50 and the delivery person is just now at the restaurant. I have only used UberEats once before, over two years ago, but after this disastrous experience I will never use this app again or recommend anyone else to use it.

Can’t remember once where food was on time. Now up to $100 of food that was never delivered. Try to get ahold of someone in customer service. Literally impossible.

Great selection, always in time, drivers are great and food is rarely messed up. And if the food is down right bad, like you were legit scammed, meaning your Greek food was nothing made by a Greek or anyone even skilled in Greek cooking, they will get your money back. Only happened once but it happened and they made me whole.

I’ve ordered twice on this app and the delivery time is horrible, they charge you no matter if the delivery was delayed and they won’t refund you. Never using this app ever again. I highly suggest using doordash!

Delivery was fine but spaghetti was cold. It is cold outside but I picked up food as soon as driver left. Bread was warm and great. Lots of added fees as well. There was a delivery fee, a service fee, a “special” fee (not sure what that was for), plus taxes that almost doubled cost of order with a small tip after all of those fees.
