How do I refund my money

Umm I’m I had pressed on the Uber eats card and I pressed on it and it didn’t tell me that it was going to be 9.99 and I want my money because I didn’t want to buy that card so how can I get my money back ?

Your meal cost $25 but u end up paying $45+ which includes 4 or more different types of unnecessary charges. This people are money hungry!! Seriously never using this app again and will never recommend.

It seems that special requests are totally ignored. Really lessens the enjoyment of the meal when you don’t get what you requested.

You can order food and it gets delivered. However they like to send you promo codes that don’t work to get you back on the app without getting the money off you were promised

Uber eats. One of the most vile, dishonest companies currently operating in the US as of 2021. I am constantly paying a ****ing PREMIUM only to have to wait an additional 30-45 mins for another order to be delivered before mine by the same driver. I have gotten countless orders now that are stone cold due to having to wait over an hour. When I am ordering the food, the time they quote you is always 20-30 mins. ****ing LIE, and the customer service is non existent, good luck trying to cancel your order when its taking way too long, you will be charged the full amount. I am NEVER, EVER, F***ING EVER USING THIS APP AGAIN. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY I AM SO FREAKING MAD. YOU TOLD ME 20 minutes and it had been one hour and still no food.

Make sure that you check the website, the app & your bank or credit card statement - especially if you use Apple Pay. A recent order was improperly billed. I received three conflicting receipts (in app, on website & by email). Neither the correct billing method, nor the amount, was found. Uber Eats flagged my account for insufficient funds, after botching the billing. My bank statement showed that they charged less than the expected amount shown in Apple Pay. Also, I found conflicting account profile info on the website. The address on file is one block away from where I live! The customer service rep’s response to these issues was downright incompetent.
