A bicycle in the snow?

So for some reason uber thought it would be a good idea to get my food delivered by someone riding a bike, in the snow. Took the food way longer to get here because of that and was extremely cold. Usually I don’t have a problem with Uber eats but they really need to have a option to not have a someone on a bike deliver your food especially in the snow.

It used to be a really practical system. Recently, in our area, the app has become super unreliable. Late deliveries an outright cancellations are now the norm instead of the exception. We cannot trust it anymore and I hear from neighbors and friends that they are having the same issue

Can't get in contact with anyone. First inquired about an additional fee and was told by an automated system that it was because I customised an order. It was tacos with zero options. Ordered exactly how they came. Now I had a terrible delivery expierence where I tried to tip $0 and they gave the lady 20%! Same thing when I tried to dispute it, the automated messaging system leads you to a dead end. I am deleting the app. Using another delivery app from now on.
Don’t send me promo codes if I can’t use them

Wish the drivers actually picked up the napkins or straws for orders or actually made sure all the food was in the bag. I bought 30$ worth of food from taco bell no sour cream, no drink with meal, a quesadilla will chicken in only 2 out of 4 slices the other 2 were all cheese!

the best app to order food by far. They are quick, concise, and they keep everything extremely updated. you can literally follow along the entire process down to watching the car arrive to pick up your food. After using other apps, i always gotta come back to Uber Eats!

UberEats is all I use. Just so seamless and easy to use over and over. Ever since that got rid of that Travis lunatic CEO, Uber has just been getting better and better. Kudos!
