Fix the login problem

Constantly have to log into the app before I can use any apps in my car. Seems to always fail when I park in a parking garage and start the car when I don’t have service.

The app is useless. You are forced to log in every time and you don’t get prompted until after you start driving
Keep me logged in, or add FaceID auth

Logs me out multiple times daily, making the linked apps useless unless I stop the car to log in to the app again. Frustrating.

You would think when you buy a new 2017 sequoia it would have technology that every car has now. You have to connect every time you enter the car and the things they provide you are little use at all. Please don’t advertise this function because it truly is miss leading to the customer. I would have waited 2 months to buy a new 2018 car.

I put in the all the required if and the vin# then it tells me that based on the vin# I don’t have entune, but the radio has entune on it. I see why this app got so bad ratings.

The only issue I have is the annoying request for me to re-login pretty much every few days. Other than that, the App selection and performance of Entune are pleasing to me.

Really disappointed most features aren’t compatible with iPhone - especially messaging. Also why do I have to login every time I’m prompted to use it? Doesn’t seem safe since I’m driving when this occurs. Not worth it, unfortunately.

I don’t even know where to start with this system. Recently purchased my second Toyota Camry 9 years newer than my 07 Hybrid which didn’t have this dumb app, used a simple cable for music. Besides the fact of not being able to use most of it when the vehicle is in motion, the app has been draining the battery in my IPhone like crazy!! I deleted the app thinking I could just play my music through Bluetooth, I thought wrong. Hate this app!! For a company that makes great vehicles your technology where this is concerned is absolutely awful.
Please fix the login issue

I would rate this app much higher if I didn’t have to log in all the time. Can you configure the app to save the user name and password? All my other apps do that. I’m sure this is causing distracted driving with users trying to log in while driving. Please fix this.
