Beyond disappointing

Constantly need to login or pull up the app and then close and reopen for the apps to work which completely defeats the purpose of a hands free system; pandora takes FOREVER to load and cuts out constantly; the other apps may not work at all sometimes; overall it’s one of the worst systems I’ve ever used which given the price of a 4Runner I find completely unacceptable.
No Auto Log-in

Why is there no auto log in capability with this app? When you get in and start to drive a reminder shows up in the phone notification that you need to log in. Who has time to stop and do that? Also very disappointed to have bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum AWD close to $50K and there is no Apple CarPlay and that there is an improved Entune 3.0 on lower priced Toyotas.
