So much improvement is needed

The app has potential however some very basic things need to be improved. The app logs out so often.. why not add Touch ID capability or even the option to remember your credentials or stay logged in. I will update review once I’ve used it more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Same issues as everyone else. Mainly having to constantly log on. Dangerous app for a driver on the road!

Time to adopt CarPlay and Android Auto. Toyota has proven they can make cars but the entertainment system is crap and more dangerous trying to get it to work then their competitors.

This is useless. You can’t add your own apps unless they have a partnership with Entune. Other cars let you project your choice of apps to the screen. So frustrating. Toyota has great vehicles, but Entune needs some serious reworking.

I expected better from Toyota. Constantly having to log in. No fingerprint login. You can’t use certain functionality on vehicle due to concerns of not paying attention, yet the app doesn’t have an easy way to log in making it even more dangerous. (People shouldn’t try but you know some will regardless) Very limited apps. No additional functionality has been added since I started using this app.

Worst app ever. Doesn’t even do anything. Just a buffer for pandora. Gives no options to make custom apps. You get approx 7 apps. That’s it. So sorry for Toyota to be proud of this. HORRIBLE. and tired of logging me out every day. I open it. Have to log back in. Get it right

iPhone X 11.3 not compatible for internet, text, email

I’ve tried and tried and tried, I canNOT get my iPhone X to connect to the internet on my Prius 2012 (w/nav). The internet will not connect and doesn’t show the screen allowing me to choose an overall provider like the tutorials provide. Even plugged in via USB with entune running - my phone will not connect to the internet. Really, REALLY disappointing.

As a new Toyota owner, this app is both disappointing and frustrating. Random log-outs makes it practically useless while driving. The Entune system, which is heavily marketed by Toyota, is basic and unreliable. Hell, my 2006 Infiniti had a more intuitive multimedia system. Toyota should give up on this trash, give in and support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

After getting an iPhone, my internet wouldn’t connect with Entune. I asked the dealership about it and had to pay for an upgrade to the radio software which didn’t fix the issue. I had to read the pairing instructions for the iPhone in the app support to find out that in order for the internet to connect that I needed to have the iPhone plugged in via the USB port. This finally fixed the issue.
