Terrible app

Hsamant

I don’t even know where to start, nothing works the way it should, and I’m an app programmer?

Just NO

Inappropriate for Children

I love my Toyota Sienna. BUT, the stereo and Entune are a huge sore spot for me. I just find it easier to hook up my phone and use Spotify and Google Maps rather than deal with this Entune thing. Unfortunately, there are issues with needing updates for the radio... at $30 a piece. I have a 2017 and have already gotten two updates which are not covered by the extended warranty I purchased (which apparently covers all electronics except for the updates to the radio). I digress. I seriously dislike Entune and the radio. It’s pretty much useless. Toyota builds an amazing vehicle - my last one lasted 13 years. I’ll need to replace this radio if I plan to keep this one for 13 years. Yes, the radio and Entune are that bad. More than just useless, it’s actually annoying.

Toyota is Awesome. Entune is not.

Busy non-mom

First, don’t give up on Toyota simply because of Entune! There’s so much more to the cars! That said, the connectivity is not bad for software a few years old on a car that’s a few years old. The one issue I have is every time it connects to my phone and I “Allow” it insists on opening the app interrupting whatever I’m working on at the time. Otherwise I mainly use my phone through the speaker, and that connects very well. As long as that works, I have everything I need. I’m seriously enjoying my 2016 Highlander!

Never there when needed

TangSooPap

WHY does this app want me to login almost every time I want to use it? I’m driving ya know and can’t log in making it useless. None of my other apps require a steady diet of logins. Absolute garbage. Zero stars.

Rented a toyota. Glad I didn't buy one. This app is a joke

Spent a week in the road in an Toyota and couldn't even get a map to show up on the console screen. This app is completely broken. Glad to know! Will never buy a Toyota.

Garbage

Toyota should be embarrassed. The app and the radio interface is pathetic. 2016 4Runner.

Great Car but Horrible App

Boris Mahoney

They only problem that I have with my car is this horrible app. Non functional in all areas, confusing interface, and life is good if I don’t try to use it. The Toyota web/app team needs to be fired immediately.

Disappointed

krista_w

Fumbled with this app for too long before realizing that it’s almost entirely unusable, and only about 5% helpful. Would be over the moon to be able to connect a maps app to my 2016 Prius screen. With all of Toyota’s cool innovations, this is not one of them. Bummer.

Don’t bother installing

robairk

Toyota dropped the ball on this one. The app is terrible. Every time I would start the car I would be prompted to connect Entune to the vehicle. The apps in the suite are limited. I ended up uninstalling. Do us a favor and install Apple CarPlay on your vehicles because this app is terrible.

garbage

yet another unhappy customer 1

shame on you Toyota for peddling this junk and charging thousands for it. seriously, if I do not have Carplay in my car this is my last Toyota ever. your gps software is outdated, and I want your screen to work with my phone (google maps, and the rest). is it too much to ask? i give you zero stars but apparently I have to give you at least one.
