Drops radio with EVERY phone alert!

This is the worst conceived app I’ve ever experienced. EVERY time my phone receives an alert (email, text, app alert) the radio drops for 5-8 seconds and my 2019 4Runner screen displays “ incoming call”! WHY?! I can find no setting in the vehicle or in the app to disable this. Why on earth would anyone want this?? Uninstalled!

When iPhone kill the headphones jack, Toyota Car play still need the wire connection for car play.

Outdated, cumbersome, sloppy, lazy and downright just pull it from your dash spend a couple hundred and get another stereo system installed.

Funny how your “improvements” say nothing about KEEPING USERS LOGGED IN! Why is this pathetically failed app allowed to represent an otherwise great company and product line? How hard is it to keep me logged in? Ask the programmers at literally every other app on the planet! (Except Work, they also hire incompetent staff). Why does anyone associated with this failure still have a job?

This is a poorly designed system period! When I bought my RAV4 in 2016, it had more apps than it does now. If Toyota really wanted to please and retain customers, they’d replace it with something better, free of charge. Other auto manufacturers do so much better. Of course, there are some that have systems just as bad as Entune.

Previous reviews are spot on. The problem lies in enTune’s inability to recognize many standard words or phrases common in many gps units. I usually have to use the touch screen to enter navigation destinations and audio playlists on my iPhone (which I paired successfully). It apparently cannot find my playlists or artists without using the touchscreen. So far, “Help” has not !

Navigation doesn’t connect from my phone and transfer to car nav. Text message notifications do not come through the car and half the time it doesn’t keep me logged in to connect. Worst system I have ever seen. Apple car play 1000 times better. So disappointing

WTH? Forced to update your app to add my iPhone 7 to my 2014 Toyota Camry ...now none of my contacts are porting to the car. WORST UPDATE EVER!

The only apps in this Entune Suite I can get to communicate via Bluetooth is iHeartRadio and Pandora. ? And the Entune app says pairing keeps failing.
