We shouldn’t have to log into our vehicles every single time! This one feature single handily makes me not like my Tundra! Toyota needs to fix this feature ASAP

I have called ToyotaEntune customer service and I keep getting the same old runaround. Toyota will not update the app to make is work correctly. Every time I start my vehicle it forces me to sign in. CANNOT DO IT WHILE DRIVING VERY DANGEROUS. I have called several times and no changes.

The good: nothing. The bad: scout is useless. Drives in circles. Horrible voice recognition ( the only way to tell it where you are going since the keyboard is locked out). The ugly: everything buffers. You have to connect Bluetooth and a usb for it to work. Only saves 50% of what you tell it too. Voice recognition is worse than dragon dictate 1. Only displays it’s apps and takes over your phone so you loose it’s usefulness. Seriously. As much as I love my Toyota, I will never by another one just because of the computer system. Side note: If you do want a Toyota, do not go to Sun Toyota of Florida. They are ALMOST as useless as the computer system.

Constantly needs to be logged back in whenever you have an internet disconnect. Then you have to re-enter your email and password every time. So if you’re driving it’s a pain. Please fix this major annoyance.

Toyota vehicle's are great, there is no argument there. This app? Not the quality you would expect from Toyota. I actually enjoy the touchscreen responsiveness and features of my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road, but this app takes all that and turns it into frustration. It is 2018 and this app looks like it was made for an 2010 model iPhone. Come on, Toyota, I am sure you got enough money to invest in a good app development team to bring this app up to date with the latest phones and vehicles. Worse part is that they don't even seem to care that customers hate it and don't listen to feedback. Give it an interface refresh and improve compatibility with the latest phones and iOS to improve the user experience!

The Toyota Entune app is the absolute worst interface ever between smart phones and a vehicle. So bad, in fact, that I will refuse to buy another Toyota in a year or two and less it has Apple CarPlay. I’m done with this crap.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one’s pretty much just terrible. I mean, it can’t even keep you logged in. Not to mention more up to date apps would be appreciated, if they want to keep up with CarPlay... they probably don’t care.
