It’s making me sign like usual, but it says I have the wrong password. I reset it, then it says the same thing. Reset again, and says the same thing. Login failed or wrong password. Never did this before, so it gets one star and I will just replace the thermostat with an Apple Home compatible one. Update: Still has the login issues. It will allow me to login for a while, but then there’s that period where I can’t login. Very frustrating. Only one star because the developer does respond.

Love this app/product but only gave it 4 stars because since the recent updates I cannot use this app on my iPad Pro. The permanent hold button is messed up on screen and I cannot change any settings. On my iPhone, I have no problems.

My devices auto update and I had to log back into the new application. Unfortunately the app does not allow me to adjust the temperature in any of the zones. I’ve been using earlier versions of this app for years without any issues. So I would recommend people to not update until this version is fixed. It is kind of astonishing to be honest. Note that the problem is on my iPad Pro. Nice job Honeywell.

Love the unit. Easy to work with. Love not having to get up from the couch to set the unit. Just use the app on my IPhone.

Good layout and thermostat responds to commands immediately. But, the app does not update the response from the thermostat. I have to trust that the command was received.

I install this Honeywell wifi stat about a year ago in my condo in Arizona. My main residence is in Illinois. I love this app not only can I monitor the temperature inside and outside from 1700 miles away When it is unoccupied I can condition the the space before arrival . It is perfect for my situation. Great app.

The app was very good and has alerted us numerous times of an ongoing furnace failure issue. This has allowed us to contact the oil company who installed the furnace in a timely manner without any freezing issues. After the latest upgrade my password is refused with an authentication login error. I copied the password pasted into the website login and it works fine? Same password pasted into the app is refused. I have uninstalled the TCC App, shut the iPhone off, and reset the password several times for the app to work again, but I receive the same authentication failed login error.
