Rarely works. When I make a change it looks like it’s accepted than later I go back to app and it says it wasn’t.

Yes, this app allows me to check and set thermostat manually. There is also a warning for no connection or low temp to detect power outage. But no way to set or adjust schedules at my Canadian vacation cottage from my Ohio home. And no way to see any logs of temperature variations or trends. Setup was extremely lengthy and very frustrating, too. Took almost an hour, to set up and synch app with thermostat.
Two thermostats one app
I have 2 thermostats. Can control both from the app. Love the outside temp. Outside humidity. Inside humidity. Very user friendly! Much much better than nest

It makes me miss my Nest Thermostat. I should be able to tell anything that I can tell from the physical thermostat as to how things are functioning. I should be able to customize and change set points. Scheduling needs improvement. How long has this thermostat been around now, and I had to purchase a gateway to get it on my phone?

The app works well - at least when Suddenlink Internet is up. I’ve been without reliable internet service for nearly a month - easily 3 weeks at this point.

Everything basically works as intended. But the interface of the app looks horrible and is clunky. Definitely hasn’t been updated in a few years. It works, but would’ve gone with a nest for the better user experience

It would be nice if the features on the actual thermostat were in this app and on the website. I would also like for it to be easier to switch between two thermostats. At this point, you have to back out of one thermostat to get to the next. Very time consuming. I also have issues a thermostat not sticking to the schedule. For example, it pumps the temperature on the heat three hours before the time it’s supposed to go up. I understand it going on a little earlier so that it reaches the temperature at that time scheduled. However, three hours is too early.

Not a big deal in creating the schedule… I can put up with creating the schedule at the thermostat. But when I am away from home I cannot change the schedule if I need to. Major shortcoming.

App works great use it after and interstates with Alexa well. I have a system that I can’t delete and that is a little annoying.

This software has a couple of really bad bugs that I wish they would fix… I’d be happy to contact them to resolve this, but I get tired of waiting on hold to foreign cal centers
