We are enjoying our honeywell thermostat. One glitch that customer service helped resolve. I recommend this product. Second review - still handy. No real problems so far. Same for third rating.
Good App, Could Use Some Updates

Overall the app works well but could use some work and added features. 1. There is no way to see the history of what the system has done for any time period. 2. While the application gives you information regarding whether the system is running at that time or not, the wall unit does not. 3. There is no way to set an interval of temperature range that is acceptable, and so my system keeps getting cycled on and off constantly to keep it exactly at the set temperature (vice, for example, set at 74 and AC comes on at 75 and shuts off at 73). Adding this basic feature will save a lot of wear and tear on my system and should be an option. Other than those things I'm happy with its interface, but am still considering other options that can meet all these needs. I've now learned that Honeywell has had similar comments like mine since 2014 and still hasn't fixed them...

I purchased this thermostat after reviewing several popular home automation ones. This one seemed to provide all the features I needed at a price point I liked. Also, Honeywell has been in the control industry fora very long time. Easy to install on my gas heater/AC system. Setup equally as easy too. The feature I like the most is the remote control via iPhone. Super easy and dependable. Very satisfied with this unit and application.

We easily installed the thermostat a couple years ago. Flawless operation since then. Honeywell occasionally loads updated software - no effort on our part. Remote access from smart phone is handy.

Works well! I wanted to buy a thermostat that I can program, control by my phone and does not unnecessarily try to learn my schedule. This one fits the bill and works great. Installation was simple as well!

This this app and thermostat is awesome Easy to set up for a non tech old guy like me . Clear graphics and intuitive to use, much like an iPad . Control everything from your iphone. It's great to know what temp your home is, so you can start heating or cooling before you get home!

This ability to remotely control the climate in my home is terrific!! It is easy to use, works every time, and has a good weather report in the app also! Should have had this years ago!
Where are the new features and UI updates?

This app has not changed since it was released!! The app team should be fired for letting their competitors have more intuitive apps that blow this thing away. Get your life together Honeywell or Nest and Honeybee are in our future. P.S. Your somewhat current customers
