Feels like this app was meant for iOS 2.0 it’s just a web wrapper. It take a minute and a half almost for any change in the app to reach my thermostat. Can’t make any changes to my thermostat names or any other customization.

It was working perfectly till the last update.now you can not adjust temperature when you log in from lpad

Right now while the temperature is alternating between hot and cold it would be nice if my automatic thermostat could be set to just keep the temperature between 70-74 whether it's the heat or the air conditioning.

I’ve used this app for at least a couple years. Always worked really well from my ipadPro until this last update maybe a week or so ago. I really want it to work again. I do have latest iOS 13 update installed. Big bummer. Developer responded. Correct icon appeared when I signed on to internet web page. I also changed my iPad Pro display to zoomed mode. However, I don’t like the mode for everything. Maybe this display issue can be fixed somehow. It’s a great app and we use it all the time.

We recently had new A/C installed and I had bought a Nest thermostat. Questioning the installer about the Nest he highly recommended the Honeywell as being much easier to install and use. He was 100% correct. It could not be any easier. Even my wife, who is not a techie, loves it as she mastered it in 5 minutes. Tom B.

This is a great app that rarely fails. I can adjust everything from my phone when I am out of town. Even when I’m in the house I can adjust the thermostat from any room.

This was a great purchase! I’ve read a lot of reviews and finally decided that this is the one, and it did not disappoint! The key features that I like are that it works with Alexa and it has an app as well!! My heating bill has decreased since using this, and this was also approved with my energy company for a rebate/I basically got this for free!!

Your app used to work flawlessly in several different locations on both iPhone and iPad for several years. My only complaint was that the iPad screen insisted on rotating the display to landscape view - a nuisance. However, your recent app update has taken an otherwise stellar product light-years into the past! Not only have the font-size and screen arrangement on the iPhone made your app more difficult to read, your “update” has made parts of the iPad app non-functioning. The ability to adjust the temp no longer works. Really? That was THE primary reason I have bought 8 (5 for 3 different Alabama homes and 3 for a Wisconsin home). You took a stellar product and made it less than mediocre. Please..... 1) Fix the iPhone version so it’s readable. 2) Fix the iPad version so that it works. and while you’re at it, 3) let the app work in portrait mode (like on the iPhone).
