It would be nice if I could schedule and cancel vacation mode from my iPhone. I set it once but we had to come back early to a hot house, because I couldn’t cancel it remote. So now I set it back manually and have to remember to reset when I’m on the way home. Otherwise, no complaints.

The app is the most available and responsive app I use. Seldom down for server maintenance and quick to load and function.

When it works, it works...but I have gone through several periods where a I have to uninstall the app, and reinstall because I couldn’t change anything...it let me log in, but locked up.

Broken please fix ASAP

Latest update has rendered this app useless for iPad Pro users. Not sure how many users need to report this until someone gets the message.Removing and reinstalling the app does nothing. Customer service is also unable to assist. Ever think about rolling back an update??

I have tried for months to change my home city so I can get the current weather and went online to my account where I signed up and it won’t enlist my new city I entered. Stays with the original city I enlisted.

We’ve had this Honeywell WiFi thermostat since 2016 and are very satisfied with it. In all that time it has not worked only 3 times and 2 of those were because our home router failed. Only once was there a problem at Honeywell’s end and it lasted less than a day. It’s easy to program and change any time we want from our chair, bed or even our car on the way home from somewhere. Outside temp and humidity readings seem to be quite accurate. Same with the inside temp and humidity. Bottom line — we love it. It’s been a great investment.
