Easy to use

Great simple app that does not require you to push 15 buttons to set one parameter. Connect to wifi was easy and it’s very stable. You can change temps temporarily or place a permanent hold. Also allows schedule setup. One opportunity to improve would be usage data per day, month, or selectable time frame. The app tells you when the AC/Heat is actually on so I would think it could store and report usage.

Overly complicated to setup thermostat. Competitors apps are much better and intuitive to set up.

Broken control
I added two in our building. Started great about three weeks ago. But both say (sensor in your thermostat has encountered an error. The thermostat will need to be replaced. Installed both about three weeks ago. 1/7/22 both have signaled trouble. Will return and hope something else works longer that 3 weeks.

This is a wonky app that randomly logs me out. When you try and log back in you get an authentication fail message even when using the correct password. After multiple attempts using the same password it will just work. Many times you change the temperature using the app it doesn’t update to the thermostat nor reflect your changes in the app. When it works properly it’s a fine app. It should be better, cmon Honeywell.
