Works well and easy user interface. Overall very happy with it. Reason for not giving 5 stars is because I wish it gave more data about run times so I could better know my furnace’s efficiency. Like how long the furnace ran per day and how often it kicks on.

We’ve had HONEYWELL for almost four years and the thermostat is incredible. I love having access to it from my phone. I have Multiple Sclerosis and some days I can’t get out of bed. Having access to the thermostat right at my fingertips is such a blessing. Five stars from me. ?

I’ve had this app for several years. It works very good at controlling the thermostat and after a power outage it reconnects to WiFi on its own.

Not working since last iPad OS update

Since the last iPad OS update the buttons haven’t been in the correct places and aren’t working properly. I can’t change the air temperature on my iPad anymorel.

Locked out after update

After this last update I can’t login anymore. It says authentication failed.

I am using this in a cottage that we use every few weeks throughout the year. I use it to warm the place up when we are heading up there (having previously encountered frozen mattresses) and occasionally when we have not drained the pipes to make sure the inside temperature does not allow the pipes to freeze. I this capacity it has been wonderful. Installation went smoothly. The only complaint I have is that periodically the device goes offline even though the wifi is working and I have found no way to correct that remotely.

iPad doesn’t work at all with 3.7

I can’t change the temperature at all using the new version of the app, even though I have the latest iPadiOS.
