Cannot get pass the setup part… got stuck in a loop on the question around health data sharing
Clunky app from the 1800’s

The Teladoc service is great but the app is so clunky and really inconvenient / hard to use. It freezes a lot and it sends me a message that I have a message and then there is no message. And I literally have the latest iPhone and app version. Its like it was designed when apps first came out 15 years ago and no one has thought to make any improvements. They need to get a better programmer and fix this app.

I am so grateful for this app. Got in contact with a doctor as soon as possible and my prescription got sent to the nearest pharmacy. Easy to use. I’m already feeling much better.

It was unfortunate to join the call to only be met with the suggestion of getting an at home strep test - if that was going to be the suggestion it should have been shared prior to and also not charge $49. I have had appts in the past and have been happy with the discussion, however today that was not the case.
