My first time with a tele health provider was a great experience. The doctor was informative and very personable. I highly recommend Teledoc.

I waited 8.5 hours and even sent emails to tech support. I disconnected finally and stated that the provider never arrived. 10 days later I got an email stating to call them to discuss problems. No thanks. My issues were reported to fed BCBS.

Rescheduling for Therapy

Seeing a general physician is super easy but the mental health side of the app is a whole different ballgame. The messages always seem to come late, dr’s can cancel visits just minutes before they begin, and rescheduling is a big mess. I can’t send anything but automatic messages to my dr and it makes the whole thing a mess. I can’t wait to see some changes made.

Teladoc’s user experience, messaging capabilities, and customer service are poor and frustrating, as the health services offered are essential and the attention to patient service and experience should be a priority. I would not use teladoc if I did not need to do so for the health services I need.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called customer service needing assistance for my very sick father. The women would not assist me in trying to have me represent my father. My dad was to sick to speak but she made him anyways. She asked him stupid questions like “how did you hear about us” as my father is dying. I told her to please help us set up the account faster so my father could speak with a Dr. She yelled at me then HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! After hours of waiting on HOLD!!!!!!

My Doctor was very pleasant and soft spoken. Exactly what I needed with this headache. He was very informative and gave several suggestions. Thank you for being here. I would not have seemed out Care if it wasn’t for this TELEDOC APP !!!
