Male UTI

K8891J

If male patient with UTI is considered complex infection than appointment should have been refused. Very disappointed.

No video and by audio

Happy world trader

Bad connections or no connection . I was unable to have a video connection with a doctor for the past week. I called Teladoc customer service last Sunday, and after an hour on the phone with them, they could not resolve the app problem. The app has major issues to be fixed. So please fox them !

Completely legit, and very fast.

Me1689

Need a dermatologist while traveling out of state. From signup to the time my prescription was filled, took about 3 hours. I couldn’t even get in to see a real in person doctor nearly that fast. The diagnosis was spot on, and had fast results by the next morning. And all for $95. We’ll worth the price This company is going to be the next big thing.

Easy to use

Arizona Mom of Three

I set up my account and medical history in about 10 minutes. Had my first appointment booked within 20 after uploading photos (of a rash) and selecting a provider.

Looks Nice, Completely Useless

Jon 472829

The app looks nice and appears to have enough services to make routine appointments quite simple. But looks are deceiving. Appointment requests go unanswered, providers don’t show up for appointments, all customer service does is blow you off telling you to wait longer or leave a voicemail that goes unanswered. The app glitches as crashes when you try to perform certain functions that are essential to using it. Overall, this was a great idea that had either been executed extremely poorly or is a scam to collect insurance payments. I absolutely would give it zero stars if I could. It has been a waste of effort for time sensitive medical issues and I do not recommend it’s use to anybody.

Awful functionality

Big Seelz

The service teladoc provides is great. But the app itself is pathetic. Very, very buggy. Constantly timing out, freezing. It’s such a shame because the app function so poorly, it very likely prevents people from getting the care they need and deserve. This app is legitimately a barrier to getting care, when it was designed to be the opposite. Very disappointing.

Unable to add additional health problems and family history of cancer.

bigdoglover124

Unable to add health problems not listed and unable to add cancer under family history. When I tried save these or move to the next section it kicked my out to the screen that says start your medical history.

Doctor was a no show

ps1234555

Doctor was a no show. Not able to renew meds without appointment and was told nothing anyone could do. Horrible service

Awful

My insurance used to use Doctor in Demand and not perfect, at least they SPEAK TO YOU and knew how to use online pharmacies. My Dr called me 2 days early out of the blue in the middle of a work meeting. I asked him to call back and he said he would. I got a call from them and assumed it was my dr. Nope. It was somebody saying my pharmacy isn't correct. Pharmacy, why? For my 5 rx's. My what!? The Dr closed my visit saying he spoke to me when he did NOT. I have spent half my day trying to figure out what the heck is going on! My insurance uses a HUGE mail order system that Teledoc can't figure out how to use because it doesn't have a zip code!? I'd be embarrassed to run my company this way. I miss Dr on Demand.

This is a great site !

I honestly got more answers here then the town hospital and my family doctor. I have been battling my problems for quite some time. Been to ER and my doctors visit several times and they just couldn’t figure it out so the treatment was nothing to help with my problem. I asked for a referral to a dermatologist and never got one. So I was reminded that I had one at my finger tips! Here I am and got some answers ?. Ty so much!
