Once I added her to the family and she used for dermatology before but now the profile is gone. I tried to add her again at multiple times but the app wouldn’t show the profile at all.

It took 7 hours and 7 calls 3 voice 4 video (and currently still on the phone with CS) Just for a simple sinus infection. The doctor prescribed a topical cream for inside my nose FOR A SINUS INFECTION not antibiotics nothing else. I go through the same thing same time every year. I called the pharmacy to see how long. And they asked what it’s for. I told them and they told me. It states right on the packaging that IT IS NOT TO BE USED INSIDE THE NOSE. So I looked it up online and sure enough. ITS THE FIRST WARNING

Most Croats issues: 1.Registration form in the app does not accept numeric member id of my insurance (listed in drop down list). 2. Login dialog does not recognize just registered user name (registration step on a previous screen was successful).
