Clunky app from the 1800’s – Teladoc Review

The Teladoc service is great but the app is so clunky and really inconvenient / hard to use. It freezes a lot and it sends me a message that I have a message and then there is no message. And I literally have the latest iPhone and app version. Its like it was designed when apps first came out 15 years ago and no one has thought to make any improvements. They need to get a better programmer and fix this app.
