I have scheduled appointments and they get canceled. Had 1 appointment that was canceled 1 minute after it was supposed to start. Very disappointing.
Not user friendly

Not a user friendly app in the slightest. Very sad that in 2022 this company can’t produce a user friendly. Especially concerning given how much they advertise mental health appointments. If you don’t need help with your mental health now, you may need it after trying to use this app.
Ridiculously Long Wait

Waited in que 6 HOURS for a sick visit and a provider never joined! This is beyond the pandemic! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Although when I scheduled the appointment it stated there could be a way I received a call from a doctor within less than 10 minutes. The doctor was very knowledgeable and courteous.

This was my first time with Teledoc. I had a virtual visit. The process was easy. The session was pleasant. The doctor explained my situation and and my questions. I would recommend this service to anyone.

My account wasn’t letting me in and I called the 800 # and the lady walked me through to reset everything. The provider called me within 3 minutes. Great customer service. Thank you. I’d gone to 3 urgent cares earlier and they weren’t accepting anymore patients. My coworker reminded me about Teladoc. I had used the service a few times in the past and have always been very satisfied but, I’d forgotten about it today since I’m not feeling well. Thank you again! You guys are wonderful!

The system works well if there are no issues. However, if anything is out of the ordinary (such as a medication mistake) then good luck getting help. I was unable to resolve my prescription error using any of the prescription help avenues, and eventually had to make a new appointment. Teledoc is awful.
