i have been waiting for two days now in yhe waiting room nobody ever contacted me .

I have spent 3 hours on the phone with Teladoc and can't see a doctor until I can load medical and insurance info. It recognizes my info.upomog in but then tellse.it doesn't recognize me or my insurance. Customer service keeps telling me they have fixed it and.they haven't. The only thing accomplished is I still have no service, no medical access and have wasted 3 hours of my day and missed three hours of work with zero results.

Multiple cancelled calls without calling. Half day long waits, and doctors that tell You to wait it out.

The past few times I’ve tried to get an appointment through the app no doctor picked up. Today I waited over four hours without being helped. What a waste of time.

The app does not let me input a new local pharmacy. A new CVS was built around the corner which is not in the app. I had to select a Walgreens that is several miles away.

Have tried this now twice and each time I was told to see a local doctor in person. Really just a waste of money. They can’t even order lab work from quest or lab corp, but obviously don’t make that clear before you pay.
