Hard to navigate and password protection is a joke.

I stopped using the app when it started requiring me to change my password. I can login on the web and have a choice to change it or not. I just tried launching it after the update hoping this would be fixed but now it won’t work at all. “Sorry, something went wrong”

Why is it so hard to switch between my prepaid and postpaid accounts? Why do I login with my biometrics to only be sent to a landing page only to be prompted to log in again? Why won’t said login link work so I can do what I activated the app for to begin with? Why do I only have the option to pay MY bill as a guest? There are many questions but the answers are few. You guys got an icepick? I think I need to jam it in my eyeball….

This app is not working on my phone since T-mobile took over. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still doesn’t work.

Need fix BUG! Just new to this app, only works once, then come back to check account, it keeps show “something wrong come back later, so wait to next day, the same problem still there. Have had call several different technician supporters help, the problem still there, my account has function for Chat room ONLY, and page still on log-in status.

App Not Working on iPad

The app doesn’t work on iPads. Works fine on my iPhone, but not on either my iPad Mini 6 nor iPad Air 3. I can log in but just get a blank screen or an error message that something went wrong. It’s been doing this for awhile and problem still exists after recent update.

I have been with T-Mobile years and I never have a problem with this company I know they take care of all issues I have and very pleasantly also I might add!!NOW I want their internet when it comes available in my area!!

Can’t upgrade iPhone 6 to ios14.0!

Apple does not have ios14.0 upgrade for iPhone 6. So I can not use this T-Mobile app!
