La app no funciona, no quiere abrir y no permite accesar y solo se sale de la app.

T-MOBILE is hands down the best sell phone provider ever. The process of getting a phone was super easy and fast, no activation fee, awesome app! I love T-Mobile and will never switch providers. Review posted in Arizona.

I’m a little disappointed

When I first used this app it was great, worked fast and got the things done that I needed to. For about the last 5 months or so every time I try to use it, it just freezes up after it allows you to attempt to sign in.

for some reason, the app says that “im not ready to use the app” and that makes no sense to me at all. i just switched to t-mobile, and as a new customer i am very confused and am unsure of the service of even good. so far, not good as i thought :(

Today your T-Mobile manager earned Olympic Gold for his customer service excellence. He worked patiently, assiduously, and diligently resetting my Apple Watch and correcting my billing, saving me frustration and beaucoup bucks. He truly wanted to make things right for me on all counts. He was a man of his word and he is an invaluable asset to T-Mobile’s excellent reputation. Beyond him, nearly all my interactions with T-Mobile personnel have been positive and have solved my issues. Many years ago, after a brief and disgruntled alliance with Verizon, I quickly reversed course, returning to T-Mobile, a studied choice I have never regretted.

Will It Work

Barely functional, it loads billing information and shows ads to buy new products, but doesn't load my profile or change anything without errors. Better than the website on a phone, but if you have another device, use it.
