Worst Customer Service

Is always frustrating the service of this company. Last time I called to restore one line that I was cancelled just for few days, they add in my plan extra line that I didn’t request, they took money from my credit card, cuz the agent said they need a credit card number as form ID just to reactivated my line. After 2 weeks I don’t have my number back and my money. Everyday they asked for extra 24 hours. Don’t go to T-mobile if you expecting good customer service!

Never seems to work properly. Been over a year. Buggy galore still. Considering our phone is our everything and security these days I find this downright scary!

I have spent the last Two years of my life being robbed and having my identity stolen over and over by two people I thought were my Fiancé and best friend and I find out my suspicions were right I was hacked through my Wi-Fi and Apple Watch pairing.. Thank you Apple…Fo doing nothing…
Crap app

You would think a phone company of all things would be able to put out an app that works. I can log in on the website but never the app. I’ve had to change my password several times, I don’t even know why that’s a thing but it claims I’m not using the right password. Every now and then it would stop allowing facial recognition and force me to log in with password, like I said before sometimes it wouldn’t accept the password either. App is laggy. Freezes. All these issues have been going on over two years.
