The previous update broke the app to where it will not work on iPad. New update just came out and still doesn’t work. Problem is: Takes the sign in info then gets stuck with the ‘and done’ message. Tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times, but always the same result. Seems that deleting the app does not really delete everything. After the reinstall, it still remembers my login from before. Tried to get help via chat and got nowhere.

The app crashes consistently. People at the store and tech support do not seem to be able to help. Clear cache, does not work. Uninstall does not work. Restart does not work, sign in with a different account does not work. Update does not work. Combinations of the above do not work.

This app hasn’t worked for me for a good few months on a iPad Pro 10.5 inch. Once you fire it up it springs an error message.

The app is dogwater. Literally doesn’t work. Can’t login or anything. Absolute garbage.

I’m a prepaid customer. It says “sorry we’re not ready for you yet.” And doesn’t do anything when I open the app

I get a postpaid account with T-Mobile. I order iPhone 13. I unlinked prepaid account from my T-Mobile ID and now I can’t login the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I changed the email and the password. I still cannot login to the app. Now I can only use the web to pay bills and view my account. Where did T-Mobile find people that did not fix where a postpaid customer can login to the web to view account and pay bills but not their own app.

Even before this newest version rendered the app useless (I click on tabs/buttons but nothing happens) I’ve been frustrated that no matter how many times I try to change my caller ID name, the change never takes. Not after 72 hours like stated. Not after months. I’m an unimpressed new customer concerned this phone company can’t even produce a functioning phone app…
