In today’s society, Corporations have a common mentality, belief and value system that Corporate Giants share in this Country. All, but a Hand-Full of which provide an extremely poor business model of Associates, Employees and Staff, who also encourages, rewards and even trains them to treat Customers as: Second rate citizens, thieves, liars, traitors, Beggars and worthless wastes of time. NO! BUT, WAIT!! - There is STILL HOPE! And a few, or maybe even just ONE last COMPANY! That Still treats its Customers like Companies used to treat Customers! With Respect, Honor, Courtesy and as if: (“THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!”) Holy Cow! Imagine that?!? In this day and age?!? Being treated like that, and actually feeling good afterwards and feeling like you got your money’s worth and like it was well worth spending it on! That’s how T-MOBILE a makes me feel about buying my Service and Products from them and Dealing with any of their Associates, Agents and Staff! I’ve NEVER had a bad experience and while I was going through my Divorce, T-MOBILE a was the ONLY Company to afford me any Credit after my “Soon-To-Be” Ex-Wife, Destroyed my Life and Obliterated my Credit! T-MOBILE actually was there for me and helped me to start rebuilding my credit so that I could begin to build new Payment Accounts, including: Installments, Investments and Loans again! And, that’s why I stay with T-MOBILE! Because they were there for me when I needed them the most! And, they continue to treat me like I matter and like I’m important to them and worth more than next month’s payment! Thank you T-MOBILE! Honestly! If you ask me?!? What would/could I change to make things better? For me? Truthfully…. You, couldn’t change a single thing! Keep doing every single thing you’ve been doing and do it again and again! The app won’t work

The app was doing good for couple of weeks but when i try to login to pay my bill somehow it kept say that i need to try again later and after i come back to try it again and again the app just freeze or kicks me out of app. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I’m trying to pay my bill

I’ve been in the hospital for Covid and their customer service reps always come through with helping me with my situations and billing concerns I love been with Verizon for 15yrs and I’m glad I made the switch to T-Mobile. Thank you T-Mobile for having great customer service reps who go above and Beyond.

Hangs At “And done”

App no longer works, hanging on the “And done” screen. Totally useless now. UPDATE: Finally working again after a month down, the fix being applied someplace in backend. T-Mobile never communicated anything about this defect-caused outage, or that it had finally been remediated.

This has got to be the worst app,website company ever.It dose not accept user names passwords there is no way at all to contact T MOBILE, at a store yesterday I wanted to by an ipad and was told it would be 5 or 6 days to get one but today I got a message saying it would be one month before it even shipped but I can start paying for it right away even though I don’t have it or even know if I will ever get it. I am very sorry I ever came to T MOBILE! Also fore get the one star they are not worth

Anytime I login it will either load forever causing me to just open it through a browser or it’ll just tell me to try again which will make me use a browser making the app useless

every time i open the app it says “sorry we’re not ready for your account type yet” ?? i thought it was becuase there hasn’t been a bill so i waited a month and it still says that. the T must stand for terrible app service.
