Garbage

I had sprint and as soon as they merged with T-Mobil it was garbage. Exactly why I never used T-Mobil in the past. I’ve never heard anything good about their company and it checks out. Customer service was one of the worst experiences. I told them I was leaving and canceling my service and they might as well have opened the door for me. Every employee there told me something different for two weeks straight. Never again.

My local t-mobile store ( Batavia,NY) is always a great experience for me and my family. David and his staff (Charlie, Brianna, Kyra and Hailee) are always eager to help no matter the situation and I leave the store laughing !! Even Calling 611, the customer service line, is a pleasure ! I have been given great suggestions to utilize and couldn’t be happier with making the switch from Verizon! Thanks so much for making that decision so easy and for all you do everyday! Keep up the great work! :)

I have deleted and downloaded this app several times it continues to not work and sends me to the wed site to log into account after scanning finder print etc etc


I would recommend to fire all programmers…

As title states - recommend is just that - but forcing me to change my password and then criticize ( sorry, recommend) new one and not let me “choose” to stay with old one - everyone must be fired… but again - it’s much simpler just delete an app and never use it again.

Where do I start?This does not include most of their representatives. We’ll start with their service. I own the se 11 and my fiancé the 11.we are in 2022 you would think there should be no limits on communicating 1 device in Florida the other in California.I’m on the magenta 55 and older plan. This includes unlimited data and air time.The issue we are dealing with is simply the two devices cannot connect to each other 95% of time.The recordings are the numbers do not exist, your call can’t be completed ,and when the do connect the most bizarre ringtone I have ever heard simply does not connect.I have been paying for the service to make calls anywhere in the world, so California should not be a issue.I’ve complained to no avail. That being said let’s learn a little about me and my family.my fiancé and I have 1 daughter and she is the most precious little girl in the world.she also has neuroblastoma a form of cancer that is very dangerous for small children of her age group.she is 5 years old and just incredible she goes for chemotherapy therapy 5out 7 days of the week. My fiancé stays with her because I’m on disability.now being that we can’t talk phone to phone we text A lot every day.a couple weeks ago she needed a bone marrow test .so course I’m going to pay for her needs first and foremost. T-Mobile in its infinite wisdom decided that was ridiculous that I put her first.so they disconnected our only way of communicating with each other.I pleaded with T-Mobile to be patient it was only 10 days away for me to get paid and I could pay half and take of the rest shortly. Because this happened last year and I got a larger amount paid down to 0 balance and everyone was happy. Of course John legare was still running T-Mobile.T-Mobile likes to think they are like family. But their greed for money is far from being like family when the dollar is more important than a little girls life. I always liked T-Mobile but this time they went a little to far and I have changed my opinion of them.I also may look to change providers when I square up with them as well as tell my friends and family to do the same.I really don’t have to try hard to convince them T-Mobile’s greed over life is on full display for everyone to see. That’s evident from all the bad reviews they have received.

This application works well and is very intuitive for those with average internet skills. Most options are touch and go, the application can connect you to text help. The automatic text help is next to useless but but but it can connect to live text help and those people are very good. So far the live help has been people with positive and nice. Very knowledgeable about billing and service questions with quick results.

I used it in December and the Apps did not work again, it's been two months and I have to enter through the browser since the apps do not work


Apple Pay Auto-Pay????

How do i set up Apple Pay Auto-Pay so i keep my auto-pay discount but get the 3% through the app???? Only way i found to use apple pay was via online (not in-app) after deleting payment method but then only allows 1-off payments.
