I have been with T-Mobile off and on for over 13 years and I always come back to them. Such a great brand and they really are innovative. I've NEVER had bad service with any rep I've encountered and if we ever need help they are quick to resolve any issues. This app is SO easy to use and very up to date. Anything you need to see from viewing your bill, posting a payment, seeing your usage, to looking up recent orders, and so much more. All in one place. Make sure you get the Tuesday app as well to reap all benefits to being a customer! ? Magenta rocks!
