Cannot work properly – T-Mobile Review

Need fix BUG! Just new to this app, only works once, then come back to check account, it keeps show “something wrong come back later, so wait to next day, the same problem still there. Have had call several different technician supporters help, the problem still there, my account has function for Chat room ONLY, and page still on log-in status.
