Iv had about every provider and so far T-Mobile is by far the best Iv had. Same bill price every month, great customer service.

It was never really a good app, the full website is much better. The look and feel is better on the web, along with the functionality. One day after an update, it stopped working on my iPad Pro. Had to delete it.
App is half broken and unhelpful

I have a new issue with T-Mobile every month and to make things worse, the app doesn’t even work properly. It’s like the stupid thing can sense what my problem is and actively tries to keep me from fixing it. I’ve never had a service this awful.
I would recommend this to everyone.

I love the new phone that I got, I love the service that I now receive from T-Mobile and I am very satisfied with my experience at the store. I traded 2 iPhone 11’s in for the iPhone 13, and I added 2 phone cases and 2 screen protectors to my plan which I only pay $150 a month for. I have 3 lines, 2 phones and an apple watch to my service. My wife and I would recommend this to everyone that we know.

Somehow the app always says “Sorry we’re not ready for you yet. Please visit our website.” This despite multiple updates!

Ever since I got their services, I haven’t been unable to use their app because it always has errors and never been able to login.

This app was working fine…but now I can’t even log into it. It tells me my password is wrong but as soon as I go to the web browser and go through T-Mobile everything works well…y’all need to fix these bugs!!

This review says nothing about T-Mobile service, that’s great. The app is dog crap. Doesn’t work, just use the website for anything you want to use this app for.
