T-Mobile disabling iCloud Private relay from iPhone users is an admission of guilt that they are selling our information. I will likely switch carriers after this.

Demetrius Peña in the Yakima, WA Rainier Square store is a 5 Star T-Mobile professional who very patiently spent 5 hours I’ve 3 days getting me switched from my previous carrier, as well as answering ALL my questions. Although I know he was frustrated with long hold times (up to 1hr+), he never directed any of that frustration toward me. He deserves a pat on the back as well as a raise! Thank you, Demetrius!

The app is useless. ALWAYS crashing, and super slow. Tried messaging a team member but can NEVER get in touch with anyone. My paramount+ is suppose to be free for a year but it’s been only a month and they already canceled my subscription and is prompting me to try 30 days free then $4.99 a month. Why would I want 30 days free instead of a year free? Then when I try to contact T-Mobile to fix their mistake I can’t even get a hold of anyone. I’ve been on hold almost an hour now and still no help. Even while I’m on hold I went on the app and messaged a team member, STILL no luck. You guys just tell people what they want to hear and as soon you join T-Mobile they don’t do NONE of the things you guys CONSTANTLY promote on advertisements and commercials. Just a big disappointment. I thought it would be different when I switched from boost mobile but obviously I was so wrong.
