Lied to by support

Lied to by support. Live chat failing. Your agents have lied to me since I started trying to get to live chat on January 4. I was told nothing was wrong on your site. I was told it had to be something I was doing or my computer was causing the problem. Today I got a live agent. She told me live chat had been down since first week of January. Lying to your customers is not a great way to make a first impression. Unacceptable. I have zero trust in anthem and will question absolutely everthing.

The app displays only vertical (i.e., “Portrait”) and does not change orientation (e.g,. To “Landscape”) when you shift the orientation of the ipad. None of my claims have shown up since July of last year. None of my claims for 2022 show up either. Worse than awful: it’s useless to me, in its current form.

I was required to update the app and after doing so, when utilizing the find care tab, the display is not sized correctly or responsive to portrait/landscape mode. The first q opens up my keyboard yet also seems to show dropdown menus that I cannot read because they are so far left on my screen. I looked in the settings tab to try to submit my screenshots and feedback, but there is nowhere to submit feedback. I used their Sydney chatbot to ask “feedback” and it couldn’t understand. Surprised this viewing size/display got past QA phase. A key feature of this app is now rendered useless due to this UX error.

For me, even on latest ios, “view details” link works 1/20 times. The other links don’t work either. It won’t display doctors near my location. It does not indicate if a doc is accepting new patients. There is no direct option to contact a listed doc (by find feature). Just an useless app... Very frustrating when you can’t do basic things. What purpose does “add to care team” really serve? Does it help setup an appointment?

It’s not counting the action ,when your done with the step it’s not letting you go to the next step.Ive done step three and when I go to rate it so I can go to step four it’s saying we ran into a problem.


Terrible on Phone

I got this app for my college-aged daughter so that she could find care in her college town. But, whenever I or she visits the “find care” spyglass at the bottom of the page, it brings up a screen that is clearly meant for a web browser, not this app. Worse, the screen doesn’t scale to fit the screen of an iPhone 8 or 11, so you cannot read the choices you are selecting. It is useless for finding care. It does a decent job viewing claims, viewing your insurance card, etc. (although my phone won’t fit into the card scanner at my physician’s office, so I still need the physical card), but until the find care option is fixed, the app doesn’t work.

Unable to use programs in app

Have not been able to access rewards for nearly a month. I have had live chats, sent messages, talked to web support. Programs are completed, approved and processed, yet the rewards have not been loaded to my card. And I have no way to check in the app or from desktop because the rewards section gives an error message.
