Unresponsive bug

When searching for care, if you use the filters—namely uncheck certain categories, then it defaults to Personalized Match. At this point the app completely freezes and becomes unresponsive. Can’t switch to distance, cant click on a doctor’s name, can’t do anything. This happens every time.
Trying to earn rewards dollars is impossible

Every page and link loss except for finding out how to or your progress towards earning monetary incentives. Every time I click that option, I get a 404 error. Additionally, my Fitbit is linked, but the app won’t correctly upload my Fitbit data. Three days in a row, I’ve had more than 10K steps. The most steps is app will register is under 5K. My iPhone is set to update apps automatically, but no updates have helped this app work better yet. However, I can see all my medical bills paid and outstanding without issue.
Unusable.

I tried using the app and when I tried searching for care the screen is cut off half way and I can’t adjust it at all so I can’t even see what I’m selecting. I tried logging online from my phones browser and same thing. For a phone app this is definitely not phone friendly.

I like it but would love it if I had access to the pricing tool to estimate cost of things like Rx and procedures like I had with other insurances.

Our company switched coverage with Anthem, but I was assured by the Anthem reps that everything would be reflected with new coverage in the app. This is not the case! Our ID cards show our vision plan under our medical ID cards and has created a terrible mess. I’ve called several times to have our info updated to be told they are not showing us as an active policy. What a mess. Lost all faith in Anthem and have a pile if denied claims that somehow are able to display in the app!?

I love this app so far it has said and done everything to help me! I was even able to get back into my account so I can drive a car to go to a doctor thank you !thank you !?
Cost & Care Finder

The cost & care finder does not work. Additionally, I’ve had past experiences where the app says a doctor is in network but that is incorrect. The doctor ended up not being in network and I had to pay out-of-network prices. Complete garbage!
A waste of time and effort

I’m amazed this application has any positive reviews at all. My experience so far has been nothing but a headache. I can’t even use the app to find a doctor, any time you do a search the entire thing freezes. The app developers really **** the bed on this one. Seriously higher a whole new team, yes I mean fire the whole crew, scrap the code, and start all over again. This app makes me feel like I wasted my money becoming a customer of Anthem.
