After looking at online claims, my phone freezes up.

After looking at online claims, my phone freezes up. There is no way to close the PDF. I have to turn my phone off and then back on to get rid of the PDF and get back to the app. Also when I am on a chat with a live agent what I type in does not erase automatically after I send it. I have to manually erase all the words before I can type a new sentence. What a waste of time.

I’ve been trying to login and my login works on my desktop but not the app. Tried calling the phone number provided only to speak to someone who clearly didn’t want to help and sent me to someone who had nothing to do with technology. An hour later I got asked for some ID number that isn’t a part of anthem, what?! From an automated machine. Ended up hanging up.

On my iPhone 13 I can not click past the pop up messages, it will not let me hit OK so I can continue….. so I can’t get into the app at all. Hope there’s a fix soon!

Some of the features are pretty broken. Using the “find care” section is a mess. At least the important part for accessing your is card and policy is great.

This app is pretty handy and intuitive. One thing that was quite confusing early on however was we downloaded the app as soon as we received our insurance cards in the mail (a few weeks prior to our coverage starting). It showed our insurance card in the app and it seemed normal, however whenever I would search for ANY type of provider it showed there were none in my network. After a considerable effort spent by myself and my coworkers, we discovered that the search worked fine if we did it from the website. Ultimately it turned out that the app would not work prior to our coverage starting. It was quite frustrating and wish either the app would be updated or, at a minimum, the paperwork would’ve told us not to use the app until the first day of coverage.


Registration Not Possible.

Despite how many times I’ve tried to register on this app, it won’t progress past the point of asking how I want my confirmation code (text or phone call). I’ll indicate either, and nothing happens. I’ll try to repeat it—-only once—-and then I get a message that I’ve attempted more than five times within 30 minutes, and have to wait 30 minutes. I’ve repeated the request only once within a half hour. I don’t know how the app can benefit me for healthcare concerns if the app itself is sick and needs a technical doctor.
