The app is user friendly but I’ve recently noticed anything involved with the health rewards isn’t working, including checking your balance. I love having the covid pass virtually.
Add card to apple wallet?

Have lots of information in app but it’s better to integrate insurance card into wallet.

Most of the time can’t login or has issues navigating through different sections.

I can’t register my account because when I type in my phone number to receive the so-called security code, the first digit i type is duplicated, unless I turn on the ability to see my phone number. And it still won’t send the code. Faulty app!

Misleading directions on every page - can’t update any information - limited checklists on allergies, can’t search for anything directly - HUGE waste of my time! 100% useless

I tried to login and was sent a security code because I hadn’t use the app in a while. When I enter the security code I continually get “oops, looks like you’ve tried to enter the security code too many times”.I’ve tried it several times, even waiting for 30 minutes in between login attempts, yet I get the same error message!! What gives?!?! I really need access to my information. It’s not a very helpful application if that’s all it does to me every time I try to login!

FSA charge was denied. Email send information was available on the app and Anthem.com. Information was not available in either location. Very frustrating when a preferred pharmacy is denied for payment for a prescription and no information is available. The app has way to many clicks and very slow loading times.
