Can’t register

Can’t get past step 4 of 4. It requires you to pick 3 security questions so your account can be reset but only has 2 questions and won’t let you go any further or even go back. What now?
Rename the app back to Anthem

When you are sick, very tired and are trying to find your insurance information on your phone it is so hard to remember the name “Sydney” it doesn’t even start with the same first letter as Anthem. Please change the app name to something that makes sense and is easy for someone in need.
I does not sync with apple health

I gave 3 stars due to the fact it does not sync my data with apple health and there is no Apple Watch app. I have tried re syncing and nothing happens.
Not user-friendly

Everything on this app takes 10 times longer than it did on the old one. So disappointed. And forget tracking your reward points… I can’t even track that she logged on for the day, much less keep up with all of the other ways of earning the points. I wish we had a choice about which app to use, because this one really isn’t cutting it.
App is glitchy

Very glitchy when you try to do anything and I can’t get my Apple health to sync even tho I turned on all the permissions it asked for. Needs an update for the dashboard.
No Digital Wallet Option

I should be able to add the insurance card to my digital wallet for convenience. Just about every other insurance company allows you to.

Register account successfully and receive email confirmation. However, When I tried to login, the system said my account is locked.

Trying to find a place for a mammogram. Says there is no place with in twenty miles. No place!! And it states every nickname is taken!
Apple Wallet card not updating.

If you've altered your plan, the app still downloads the old plan information to your Apple Wallet. Please fix.
