An Update to Email Preferences Every Time I Log In

Every single time I log in to use the app, I get an email that I've updated my email preferences. Every single time. It's a horrible bug in the app that needs to end. It's already not a very helpful app to reorder prescription refills, since I have to add a hold on all prescriptions so it doesn't just automatically send prescriptions. Please fix!

Wish I had discovered this app earlier. I’m very impressed with what I can accomplish on the app. New user, no complaints so far. Very impressed. Thanks, this makes my life so much easier.
App quality sub par

App freezes when trying to open some claims. Clicking on Explanation of benefits results in the app doing nothing. When exiting a specific claim, the app returns user to the top of the claims list, instead of back to the point (in the long list) where I last selected a claim to view.
Basic and confusing

It is better than nothing, but could be much better. It is good for the money spent and claims which is probably what Anthem most cares about. It has a lot of information you do not need, like if they had files dumped into the app. It has zero estimates of the cost of anything. It does not have a map search function nor connection to Google maps for directions. I hope it improves over time.
Easy to use

Super easy to log in. There is two factor authentication for extra safety which I don’t mind. ID cards link is right on the homepage! That’s mostly why I go there. When I forget the hard copy I can log in in seconds.
