I am finding this app difficult to use. I have a simple goal of finding a primary care doctor and I’ve had trouble even doing that. I am usually proficient with tech but I have felt frustrated with this and it has even discouraged me from trying to find care.

PHONE NUMBERS PROVIDED ARE WRONG

ReallyUpsetPerson?

I was trying to get in contact with a primary care physician and all the phone numbers on the app are incorrect.

app is difficult to use, with lots of glitches.

for such a big company i expect better for my technology. the browser version of your website is not built for mobile use so i was forced to download this app, which doesn’t even work much better than the poorly designed website. please make improvements.

Great App

Rabritt

The app was easy to navigate

Immediate Access

HarmonicDog3

Immediate access to my plan 24/7!!

Slow

Hectorio1234

It’s suuuuper slow.

Good luck logging in

Bisnodd

Typically takes 10 or more tries to successfully log on, and usually have to log in on the website before the mobile app will successfully complete a login. Incredibly frustrating! Also - Tried to search for allowed pharmacies for our plan, never got a usable answer

Total waste of time

This app doesn't work correctly on my iPhone. Your anthem site isn't great on a mobile without an app, but this is much worse. I have a high speed connection and plenty of room on my newer phone. It isn't my equipment.

Why is this called Sydney. Isn't it the Anthem app?

Most people will be super confused when they search for the Anthem app and what they see is Syndey. Normal customer response: "Weird why did this Sydney app come up? I guess I'll scroll down and see if can find the Anthem app..." Probably not a good marketing decision. Most people don't know about the Sydney bot, since it isn't well known like Siri or Google Assistant.
