Anthum Claims

I have claims that have not been paid for over a year. Have been calling for 6 months and so has the Doctors office. I have probably talked to 20 different people and nothing gets resolved. Just talked to a member services person that says bills are sitting and not even being reviewed. I have had Anthum for years but whoever is handling the accounts for 2019 and 2020 don’t know what they are doing. TOTALLY UNORGANIZED AND NO FOLLOW UP. ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THEY CANT EVEN GET THIS APP RIGHT. Getting ready to contact the school district and see if they can tell me what I is going on.
App is literally unusable

The previous version of the Anthem app worked with no problem. I have an iPhone 6 (yes, it’s an older phone) but the Sydney app should at least open for me. But every time I try to open it, It immediately kicks me out. It is completely useless. The worst.

1. Wanted to text with a doctor. Put in my info, paid for the visit and I wait and I wait and I wait. When I go to frequently asked questions, I see doctors are available 11 am to 11 pm ET. I logged the visit at 9:20 am. It would be nice instead of saying the doctor will be with you shortly to let my know the hours BEFORE I pay! 2. Wanted to provide feedback via the app but when I select the topic/department for my topic, the select button isn’t on that screen and I can’t scroll down to click it.
Can’t use

App won’t open at all, just crashes every time. Deleted and reinstalled, still nothing. Here’s hoping I don’t desperately need it
Sydney - User Friendly

Sydney is the most user friendly health carrier application I have ever used. It is easy to navigate through the different departments for whatever you need. I like the buttons at the bottom for quick access and the pharmacy mail order section always has my Rx refills ready and sent to me on Auto Refill. Definitely an A+ rating from me!! ?
Keeps Closing Out Before Login

I have OS 12.4.6 on my iPhone 5s and ever since Anthem has changed their app from the Anthem app to Sydney I haven’t been able to open it. I’ve kept it just to see if the updates coming in for the app and my phone will make it work, but no luck so I’m just going to use their website.

The ID card turns into a HealthPass when I ‘Add to Wallet’ no need to worry about ID card anymore. It’s on my wallet
