Has worked fine for me every time I've used it. One suggestion is why does it need to use my location constantly in the background? Isn't "allow while using app" an option?

My ekey has stopped syncing updates. Continues to get errors and I can't access lockboxes. Help.

In the beginning I absolutely hated this app it would take 6-8 attempts to open the lockbox. Not to mention I would have to use a key fob with the iPhone 5s. Today we switched to new lockboxes and I am able to unlock the lock box without a key fob using my iPhone 5s quickly and on the first try. I am so impressed I had to leave a good rating because they've stepped it up and I'm looking forward to showing homes and looking like a rockstar
Does not work on iOS 9.3.1

Recently updated to iOS 9.3.1 on iPhone 6+ and eKey stopped working. Error #9A0D comes up every time I try to connect to my FOB. Supra support has no fixes to this error (they will constantly tell you to “Reset Network Settings” to no avail). Don’t upgrade to 9.3.1 if you want to continue to be able to use your iPhone and FOB to access lockboxes. No communication was made to users to hold off on the iOS upgrade (in the past, they would notify us not to upgrade if it broke their app).

I rely on my ekey do access my properties and the majority of time I get an error that the key can't update. I'm told I need to make sure I update my key every morning. And I do. I've uninstalled and re-installed this app countless times. But of course, you can re-install it on site. It's so unpredictable and causes me to make return trips all around the city to go back to properties because I can't gain access. It's ridiculous and especially unfortunate as it's the only way to open realtor boxes in my area. I'd give no stars if possible.

If I could give negative stars I would. For some reason, and Supra has no idea why, the latest iOS makes the key fob inoperable with a 9A0D error message. Supra's customer service is atrocious and they should be embarrassed with how they handle themselves. Wasted an entire afternoon and lost a buyer because this company couldn't be bothered to let paying customers know that the key fob we bought will no long work. They have no answer and told me they do not have an answer and I was just out of luck. Good thing I've paid you over $1k for this garbage.
Convenient but kills battery

It is convenient to have the phone work as my lockbox key. It is ridiculous that the app uses gps 24/7/365 if installed on the phone, even when the app is not in use. Do not give it permission to use location services and be prepared to be asked "have you finished the showing" every 5 minutes during the showing.
