Horrible app! Doesn’t open the Supra box. If agents are using a different Supra box from a different county and you are member of a different mls you can’t even open the box.. so what’s the point of having the box. It’s better to go the old lockbox method.. much easier with out all these stupid problems when you go to show!

I paid $50 or so to get access to this app, and now I pay $15 or so a month. Every month. Forever. What are you doing with that money? Shouldn’t you be updating your app? Looking through your version history it seems you only fix what’s broken due to it being out dated. Come on Supra be an industry leader not a pathetic second thought.
Should be able to update box over air

We should be able to update our box’s info without having to program the box and be right next to it. Let us be able to edit and update the box and whoever the next person is that opens it, it auto updates... It’s stupid that I have to drive 30 minutes to update my box because I want different unlock hours.

The most recent update is terrible. The design is awkward, and very poor navigation. Why program haptic feedback when you click settings? Why the awkward and cluttered interface? Poor choice of colors - feels instantly dated. This is not the update we were all expecting. Developers, please resign and let someone build a real app.

Piece Of Garbage!! I you can lobby for Senntilock in your MLS system, do it!!! This is lipstick on a ******* PIG!! If I could be more vulgar here I would. It makes me that mad that they would charge us for upgrades to this piece of human excrement. I’m going to dedicate my life to getting rid of this piece of excrement from our MLS system this year.
Happy the updated but still not a good app

I’m happy it was finally updated to at least fit the screen but it’s still such a poorly designed app. It doesn’t follow iOS interaction models. You guys added faceid for what exactly? You still have to enter your pin infront of clients. Links in the app that don’t work in the app and instead throw you to a laptop. Icons that are low res.
New update doesn’t work

We are unable to connect to lock boxes since the new update was released. This is a huge deal and is costing us business.
