Woukd give this zero stars if I could. I deny the biometric so app shuts down?!?!? Call tech service on a Friday at 6:51pm and they have unusually high call volume. Total BS!!!! They leave me hanging with my client at a listing. Unacceptable!!!

Wonderful App!

Talented people at Supra! But I cannot believe everyone has not given the new and old app 5 stars! I have used both since it can out. Never a problem. If you are having a problem it had to be your phone. I gave an older Apple and never had a problem. And their tech support is great if you have one. This app helps you be the professional you should be! Keep it up Supra!

Terrible app, terrible company

Unfortunately there is no way around using this company for my area, but if there is I can’t recommend staying away from it enough. The customer support is a joke and the app glitches, constantly have to restart it, and the interface was designed with no thoughts of user friendliness in mind. Stick with the combos because this piece of tech is worthless.

Out with client after 5 had issues earlier in the day. Called with client waiting which turns out to a 20 minutes hold time. Client goes home and we have to re-schedule. App has issues.

Can’t even get started

I’m an agent and have been hesitant about the Supra boxes in general. Decided to give the app a try and couldn’t even get started. It’s asking me for a email/phone and a pin.... except I don’t have a pin. All of my attempts to find or create this pin have failed. It’s literally the second screen of the app, after selecting “activate eKEY.” I’ve done the “walkthrough” a couple times and scoured through my email looking for some pin code. Nothing. Truly a waste of time and will be deleting this off my phone.

I can’t tell you how embarrassing it is to show property and not be able to access the key box. Recently I have been out to look at homes and on numerous occasions the keybox has not been able to detect the Bluetooth connection from my phone. Nice work on this one Mr. Supra Ekey developer.

Multi State Functionality Should be Added

When working in neighboring states it would be very useful to have the app be able to switch between states vs deleting and reinstalling each time you need to show elsewhere. This can happen multiple times a day.

Used to be fine, now it’s really unreliable.

Customer service is an endless hold time. App doesn’t update. Can’t cut and last emergency access code. We’re supposed to remember 10 digit code to enter on another screen. So awkward. Use to be a 1 tap update. Told to delete and reinstall, but then can’t set up the app because it says can’t reach the Network! How did I just DL it? Awful.

Believe me, with the way this product works you will need to call customer service while with a client...but pray you never need to contact customer service. If you get a James or Gina his supervisor...ask to speak to someone else immediately, they are condescending and verbally abusive. No exaggeration! UNBELIEVABLE
