This app cant even authorize properly what a waste of money. All realtors should complain about this horrible service

I have been using this app for three years now and I've never had a single issue with it. Always open a locked, never crashes, couldn't ask for anything more from an app. It's a very basic app, and works just as it supposed to. Our local association is doing away with the old active key system so many agents will be installing this up. If you're in the Orlando area, I have no fears, this app is amazing and you'll be happy to have it instead of the old active key.

No thank you for making me look incredibly unprofessional. Update error made app useless.

Works like it should! On rare occasions I do have to reboot my iphone...happens maybe 1-2 times a year and is probably due to the number of apps I have open.

I love this app but, I would like to have location services switched to "when using app" to save battery life.

Metrotex user!! Ref# 10305351 on 10/26/17 This app has always been a bit antiquated. In the past, I’ve been embarrassed on dozens of occasions with the inability to get it to work- in turn looking VERY unprofessional. Today I was showing homes and the app would not recognize my Bluetooth. After countless embarrassing calls to Supra in front of my client to troubleshoot the issue- I had to give up and take my client home without seeing any of the properties. The Supra customer service person told me to go to the Apple store to have my phone looked at because he guaranteed the issue was not with the Supra app, so I did. The Apple store found no issues with my Bluetooth on my phone. It connected to everything Bluetooth in the store. When I went back to my car- it connected seamlessly with my car as well. The Apple store pointed out that the Supra app has not been updated for over a year. Last version being 2.3.2 release over a year ago. So I then spend over 2 more hours on with Supra customer service with 2 separate agents trying to get the app / Bluetooth resolved. The first agent kept me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me. The second agent tried and tried to get it resolve but could not. She admitted this has been an issue many times before with Supra... she had heard of this issue happening before. But no one at Supra knows how it was ever resolved. Bottom line: the only thing different on my phone from the last time I used my ekey app is the iOS 11 update. Therefore the app is not compatible with the update in my book. Headed to Metrotex tomorrow to spend $61 to get a display key that does not require an app. I wasted my whole day today. Thank god I have a wonderfully understanding client!
