Won’t update unless on WiFi

Twice in the past two days I could not obtain a key because it said the eKEY wasn’t up to date. Also won’t allow to force update when connected to WiFi. I have had to call twice for emergency update codes. This can cause delays and looking unprofessional to potential clients.


Fails to work more often than not

Constantly having to bother my MLS administrator to get this app to allow me in. An embarrassment in front of clients. Greater functionality is nice, but get the basics working first.

Not sure why I’m forced to pay $20 a month for supra ekey system and $120 to buy the lock boxes, yet have an app that doesn’t even work half the time. And the newest update, worse than what we had before. You’d think with all the money coming in that you’d be able to give us a better product than this.


Won’t update like before. Not good!!!

The previous app worked wonderfully for the most part. This new updated GUI 5.03 version is terrible. I’ve had to get manual updates at the first showing of the day while I’m standing there with clients. It makes me look like a goofball. This app should update flawlessly as before. Cmon folks get this right. Time is money!!!


Absolutely the WORST App!

Did iPhone update. Didn’t realize it updated the Supra app. when to show property and would not to WiFi update. Spent 30 minutes trying to find serial number them log into Supra to get an update code emailed to me while my clients are waiting. Then the next day will not do WiFi update and spend time on phone trying to get it updated but hit a wrong button and had to uninstall and reinstall the app! Don’t roll out a program til you have the bugs worked out! Would change if I could!!!!!

I have had this app for years, I show up to show homes and it has been denied access because of an update but won’t let me update. This is all since the resent changes! Super frustrated!


Too many lockbox programming issues

I am a listing agent that uses all the functionality of this app (and the old one) on a regular basis. However, the new app is terrible! Now, when programming boxes for new locations it’s nearly impossible to see what you’re typing while you’re trying to actually type in the highlighted field. The keyboard gets in the way of the field that you’re supposedly trying to enter data into. Additionally, setting opening and closing hours doesn’t always work properly. Weekend appointments don’t seem to be able to be set to the half hour. Clearing the lockbox data doesn’t seem to work despite the program telling you it works.


Frustrating!

Almost every other day this app locks me out and I have to reinstall and get an authorization code. This has happened twice when with a client and it took me 30 minutes to figure it out. Makes me look unprofessional.


Apple Watch Capability

I love the added ability to open lockboxes with my Apple Watch! No more fumbling with my phone while I’m showing homes to customers! Plus, I feel a little James Bond-ish when opening a lockbox with my watch...it definitely adds “cool” factor. ?


Bugs & emergency codes LOCKED OUT

They STILL have not fixed the problem with the app not updating automatically. I’ve been locked out 6 times in less than a week in -24 degree temps with clients. Was on hold with Tech Support for 56 minutes. WTH. Time for a competitor to move in.
