30 days to refund purchase for canceled event????

Do not use StubHub!!!! They keep your money for 30 DAYS if the event is canceled and you have to call in and wait in line just to get that! If you don’t call in they will just keep your money and give you a credit. Pathetic service. Screw you stubhub.
Can’t get paid

Very frustrated after selling tickets only to find out that I won’t get paid until days after event takes place. Makes no sense. Tickets show as being transferred to new person. The way I see it Stub Hub is holding money from 2 buyers for the same tickets.

I ordered parking passes two weeks ago and have had all problems I spent about two hours on the phone on Christmas day and I have to start over if you accept peoples money then except the problems that come with your service
