So many fees

Whether you buy or sell the tickets the fees are a little high in my opinion

StubHub is not a safe and reliable platform for selling tickets. It’s been over a month since my tickets were purchased and the event took place, but StubHub will not release the monies. I called customer support which provided no support and were very standoffish and rude.

I received tickets which were fake. Embarrassed in front of my friends and girlfriend. Then they don’t honor the guarantee. Go to SeatGeek.

Delisted a event and stubhub never delisted and tickets sold when it should have been delisted and then I explained and they still charging me almost double the amount

StubHub should offer the ability to use more than one card to divide payments for such expensive tickets. Poor customer service
No return on rewards

Never really notice any incentive to use StubHub over any of the other guys based on rewards. It doesn’t seem like they accumulate to any worth.

The site is having a boatload of issues and there is ZERO customer support. They rely on idiotic forums and frequently asked questions. I had to log out and log in 3 times to get my tickets listed and the direct deposit information page is frozen. The site is probably okay if you don’t have questions, if you do, GOOD LUCK!
