30 days to refund purchase for canceled event???? – StubHub: Event Tickets Review

Do not use StubHub!!!! They keep your money for 30 DAYS if the event is canceled and you have to call in and wait in line just to get that! If you don’t call in they will just keep your money and give you a credit. Pathetic service. Screw you stubhub.
