I bought concert tickets and then covid hit so I called and stub hub said they can’t give me a refund that I would have to sell my tickets so I did that even I was upset about it. I check few months later and my tickets were in the expired section and I couldn’t sell my tickets. I would like a refund, I spent good money on that and now I can’t get it back. DONT SELL YOUR TICKETS YLU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EITHER WAY!!!

I bought three tickets for the Billie Eilish concert in St. Louis, Missouri. Due to Covid the show has been cancelled. Instead of giving me a refund I’ve been given a StubHub Credit of my original purchase and then some. That’s a generous offer, but due to Covid I could really just use a refund. No go! StubHub won’t do that. I think that’s a pretty unfortunate turn of events. We should be given the option of a full refund or the credit +.

my event has been postponed since June 2020 going on 7 months now and yet I’m not allowed to get refund or anything for my tickets at this moment. Won’t ever be going thru stubhub ever again ?♀️ don’t recommend it either/ while Ticketmaster is offering a full refund on postponed events

First time using this app, bought tickets and had my order immediately cancelled for no reason and the customer service section is not helpful. This app feels like the great value version of Ticketmaster

Normally I love using Stub Hub, but the past two days I have been trying to get my mobile tickets and have been unable to do so. I go to the app on my phone and it says I need to go to the website—I go to the website and it says I have to use my mobile device for tickets. Neither of which show me a ticket—just my receipt.

Immediate sale troubles me greatly

My tickets were sold before my browser could even refresh and I don’t get paid through pay pal 5-8 days after the event if the buyer was satisfied. That does not sit well with me. I want to be paid right away. I don’t care if they were happy or not.
